Payment and cancellation, in general terms
The detail is set out in our terms. These are the principles we follow.
Clear before you commit
You receive a written quote that lists what is included, before you pay anything.
Payment in stages
Where possible, payment is linked to the stages of your journey, so you are not paying for services you have not yet used.
Fair changes and cancellation
If your plans change, we explain what is and is not refundable. Costs for tests or reviews already carried out are treated separately.
Payments to your overseas clinic are made directly to that clinic, under its own terms. We recommend you read them carefully before booking.

Why are prices not listed?
What you need depends on your health, procedure and timeline. We prefer to quote accurately after a conversation rather than show a figure that may not apply to you.
Do your fees include the surgery?
No. Our fees cover UK screening, coordination and aftercare only. Surgery and the overseas clinic's care are charged by the clinic.
Is the first consultation free?
We will tell you clearly, before you book, whether a consultation is chargeable and what it covers.
Can I pay for services one at a time?
Yes. You can book Pre-op Clearance or Aftercare on its own. Complete Journey brings them together under one point of contact.
What if tests show I should not travel yet?
Your clinician will explain the findings and options. Your quote and our terms set out how this is handled.
Do you receive anything from partner clinics?
Partner clinics pay a per-patient fee for coordination. Your clinical advice is independent of that arrangement, and we tell you openly how we are paid.
